Before I had $3500 to drop on becoming certified through Tony Robbins as a Professional Coach I found this book. I used this book and all the FREE Tony material to learn the coaching techniques and applied them on myself and others. An invaluable resource you'll need to get ANY WAYS if you're going to do the Robbins-Madones CORE 100 training. If you don't have the money to spend just yet on the certification.... This book will prepare you to understand and use the skills. There are some minor grammatical errors but I'm not a grammar nazi- it does what it's supposed to do and DOES IT WELL. SO WELL IN FACT. The 2 years it took me to get the money for the course I was thoroughly familiar with the concepts and application of the concepts. Coach to be or not. The book is a gem IF YOU APPLY THE CONCEPTS...IF YOU WANT TO BE MR/MRS. THEORETICAL & just read it and not apply it in REAL LIFE.. then save YOURSELF TIME and consume the free material.
